Novetool offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases of our Pro licenses, including Renamely Pro and Pagehound Pro.
1. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order completion date for any reason. To be eligible, your request must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the purchase date shown on your Creem order receipt.
2. How to Request a Refund
All orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. To request a refund, either:
- email us at help@novetool.com with your order number, or
- use Creem's buyer support at creem.io and locate your purchase.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
3. Order Lookup
If you cannot find your purchase confirmation, search your email for messages from Creem, or retrieve your order details at creem.io.
4. Exceptions and Chargebacks
We may decline refund requests made after the 30-day window. Please contact us or Creem before initiating a chargeback — a direct refund request is usually faster and preserves your payment record.
5. Effect of a Refund
After a refund is granted, the associated Pro license will be revoked, and the Software will revert to its free version. This does not affect copies purchased through the Mac App Store, where refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policy.
